Shipping

The Abbott Nutrition Store can ship to virtually any address in the United States. We currently do not ship U.S. territories, overseas or to PO Boxes. If you live on a military base, and the product you need is not available, please contact the Commissary Officer to have it ordered.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs for AbbottStore.com orders depend on the method and option you choose.

More than $50 - Free ground shipping
Less than $50 - $5.95 ground shipping
Two-day shipping - $14.95 expedited shipping fee
Overnight shipping - $19.95 expedited shipping fee

Shipping Options

Orders will be processed Monday through Friday, excluding the following holidays:

January 1 - New Year's Day
May 26 - Memorial Day
July 4 - Independence Day
September 1 - Labor Day
November 27 - Thanksgiving
November 28 - The Day After Thanksgiving
December 24 - Christmas Eve
December 25 - Christmas Day

Standard Orders

All orders will be delivered within 7-10 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

Priority Orders

Priority orders will be delivered within 3-5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

Overnight Orders

Overnight orders will be delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays according to the following:

Orders placed before 12 pm EST will be delivered the next day.
Orders placed after 12 pm EST will be delivered in 2 business days.
Orders placed Friday, at 12 pm EST or after, through Monday, 12 pm EST, will be delivered on Tuesday.

No Signature Required

All orders placed through the Abbott Nutrition Store are shipped with no signature required. If you want your order to only be released with a signature, please place your order over the phone with our customer service department at 1-800-258-7677.

Returns

Returning an Order

If your shipment arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please call 1-800-258-7677 for replacement or appropriate credit and instructions for return of the product. Please note we cannot handle store-purchased product. The customer service representatives will need your order number, so have it ready when you call.

Credit or refunds will be issued once we have received the returned product. A copy of your packing slip must be sent with returns. Call 1-800-258-7677 and our customer service representatives will provide you with instructions for return of the original product. Priority or next-day air shipping charges on the original order cannot be refunded. Refunds may take 4 weeks to process.
